Our wine program features a group of educated wine experts, a phenomenal list
, exclusive wine dinners, the highest quality amenities, and the consistent
and reputable service that Papagalos is known for. Discover why Papagalos is

On staff are two active sommeliers, and an additional two service staff who
have all passed the Basic Sommelier Certification as designated by the Court
of Master Sommeliers. All of whom love wine and enjoy helping others learn
more as well. Our cellar currently features over 40 different local selections and
nearly 2,000 bottles
Papagalos utilizes Bormioli Rocco Italian crystal stemware. These special
glasses are handcrafted and carefully designed to enhance the unique
characteristics of each wine varietal.
